The Department of Electrical Engineering at KFUEIT is one of the pioneer departments of the University, established in 2014. The department is committed to equipping students with strong technical knowledge, analytical and critical thinking abilities, and effective problem-solving skills. Our objective is to prepare engineering graduates who can demonstrate professional competence across diverse fields of engineering and contribute innovative solutions to the emerging challenges of society.

It encompasses the study and application of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism for the design, development, and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment, with due consideration for safety, quality, economic feasibility, and sustainability.
