KFUEIT is registered with the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission as a Category-A Technical and Vocational Education and Training institute.

SPISD was inaugurated on 13 February 2020 by Raja Yassir Humayun Sarfraz, Minister for Higher Education, Government of Punjab.
