Guidelines for Rent Agreement

The following instructions/guidelines must be considered while executing the rent agreement:

1. The rent agreement must clearly state that the purpose of renting the space/building is educational (i.e., running an educational institution/college).
2. The duration/period of the rent agreement must be clearly defined (e.g., valid for a minimum period as per HEC/University guidelines).
3. The agreement should explicitly detail the total covered area and facilities included in the rented property.
4. It should be properly executed on stamp paper of appropriate value and duly notarized or registered as per government regulations.
