The Institute of Food Science and Technology, KFUEIT and UN SDGs celebrated the World Food Day, 2022, which is a signature event of UN and FAO. This year the theme was "Leave No One Behind". The keynote speaker was Prof. Dr. M. Umair Arshad Bajwa, Chairman, Department of Food Science and Technology, Director Industrial Linkage, GCUF, Faisalabad. Prof. Dr. Shahzad Chatha, GCUF and Prof. Dr. Ameer Fawaz, GCUF.The speakers stressed upon the importance of World Food Day and role of Food Technologists and Nutritionists to combat the Food Safety and Security issues.
