Dr. M. Imran Irshad
Assistant Professor

Dr. Muhammad Imran Irshad is an accomplished physicist and academician with a strong background in nanotechnology and material science. Born on January 10, 1986, in Pakistan, he earned his Ph.D. in Physics from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia, with a focus on the synthesis and characterisation of nanowires and hybrid nanostructures. He also holds an M.Phil (Gold Medal) and an M.Sc degree in Solid State and Computational Physics, respectively, with distinction from the University of the Punjab, Lahore.

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Physics, Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT), Dr. M. Imran Irshad has over a decade of experience in teaching and research. His expertise spans nanomaterials, XRD analysis, VSM analysis, FESEM analysis, TEM analysis, AFM analysis, RAMAN analysis and advanced characterisation techniques. He has supervised numerous postgraduate theses and has published extensively in high-impact factor journals.

Dr. M. Imran Irshad is also a prolific author with over 40 publications on Nanotechnology, educational development, communication, research methodology, and psychology. His contributions to international conferences, research grants, and faculty training programs have earned him numerous accolades and recognition in the scientific community.
