Rao M. Waqas Kaleem is a dedicated educator and researcher specializing in Rehabilitation Medicine with a focus on Orthotics and Prosthetics. He earned his MS in Rehabilitation Medicine (Orthotics & Prosthetic) in 2018 with distinction from a prestigious public sector medical college. 

Driven by a passion for improving patient care, he has amassed extensive clinical experience through his work at Fauji Foundation Hospital, Rawalpindi, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi, and Armed Forces Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFIRM), Rawalpindi.
