- Engr. Muhammad Farooq belong to KhanPur, District Rahim Yar Khan.
- He completed his BSc (Hons) Agricultural Engineering from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
- Later he completed his MSc (Hons) Agricultural Engineering, Farm Machinery and Power, from UAF.
- His research work during MSc (Hons) was on development and performance optimization of carrot washing machine to improve productivity and reduce farmer dependence on labor.
- He joined KFUEIT as PhD student and through his hardwork he proved himself eligible for faculty position.
- Presently, doing job as a Lecturer in Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology, Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan.
