Shaheer is serving as Lecturer in the Department of Management Sciences with additional assignment of Manager Business Incubation center at Khawaja Fareed University, Rahim Yar Khan. Previously, he was leading a social enterprise model as the Regional Manager for the combined project of Ministry of Education and Children’s Global Networks – Pakistan and has over five years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has worked in the field of community development, social entrepreneurship, education, and project management in Pakistan. He holds M.Phil. degree in Management Sciences and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan. He has a strong passion for volunteering and community development, and has the start of his career from a volunteer, and is engaged in volunteering and volunteer developments. He has gained numerous international awards including International Business Proposal Project Award by U.S X-Culture and best startup plan award by Chief Minister Punjab back in 2012.
