Renewable Energy Application Laboratory (REAL) is a purpose built research lab for the dissemination of renewable energy products in the region. It is one of its unique kind in the region and we at REAL are doing research work for the advancement of practical knowledge about the renewable energy. Currently, we are working on the design of a test bench facility for the assessment of PV panels available in local market. Besides this, the test bench is intended to test and validate novel maximum power point tracking (MPPT) techniques. The development of indigenous circuits will help in launching various renewable energy gadgets as well as providing a hands-on experience to the students.
